Directions For Use:
Snap off about 18 inches (45 cm) of the floss
Wind the floss around the middle fingers of each hand, leaving about 2.25 inches (6 cm) of floss in between
Gently guide the floss between teeth and then use an up-and-down motion to clean, taking care to avoid the gums
Using a clean section of the floss, repeat the procedure for each tooth
